Here at The Gait Center we are known for our unique “patient-care-model” and our patients’ success. We meet the specialized needs of individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities that limit their ability to walk. While so many practices focus on high volume bookings and the all-to-common “mill-like” atmosphere, our focus has remained on providing individualized treatment with a licensed professional at all times. Our therapists only treat one patient at a time, for the full hour, and they do not rely on costly equipment or unproven modalities.
We receive referrals from the area’s top doctors and surgeons… and also from other physical therapists who know that we have the skill, experience, and time to treat the most complex issues. Our team of specialists bring advanced education and experience in the areas of human gait biomechanics and the integrated rehabilitation of both orthopedic and neurologic pathologies.
Because of our individualized, full-hour sessions, our practice could be classified as a “boutique” PT practice, but without the “boutique” self-pay price! This makes us extremely unique! We are a participating provider with Medicare and most all commercial insurance companies, allowing us to help patients utilize their health insurance to cover medical needs.
